Molly Moore
Blog Editor-in-Chief
Molly is a 2L from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. She earned a B.S. in Biochemistry in 2022 and an M.S. in Chemistry in 2024 from Villanova University. Before law school, Molly conducted on-campus biochemistry research focusing on the proteins of the parasite, Trypanosoma brucei. This past summer, she interned in the Legal Department at EnerSys. In Summer 2026, she will join Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP’s Philadelphia office in their IP Litigation group. On campus, Molly is pursuing an Intellectual Property concentration and will participate in the IP Clinic in Spring 2026. She currently serves as Vice President of the Health Law Society, is a staff writer for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal, Volume 33, and represents her peers as a University Senator for the Student Bar Association.​

Michael is a 2L from Statesville, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2023 with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and B.A. in Computational Physics. Prior to law school, Michael served as a Chemical Data Specialist at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. This past summer, he interned at Mullen Coughlin LLC as a Litigation Law Clerk, and he will work at The Belles Group, P.C., a boutique IP firm in Philadelphia focusing on patent prosecution, in Summer 2026. On campus, Michael is the Secretary of the Emerging Technology Legal Society and has a strong interest in new technologies. He is set to participate in the IP Clinic during Spring 2026.​

Linda Miller

Linda is a 2L from Hyattsville, Maryland. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2023 with a B.A. in History: Politics, Law and Government. This past summer, Linda interned at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission under Administrative Judge Kourtney Siggers. She also serves as a Research Assistant to Professor Brent Frischmann, working on projects related to internet law, artificial intelligence, and technology law. Linda’s academic interests focus on the intersection of intellectual property and artificial intelligence, as well as broader issues in internet law. On campus, she is an active member of the Women’s Law Caucus and OUTLaw.

​Isabella is a 2L from Massapequa, New York. She graduated from the Catholic University of America in 2023 with a B.A. in English Literature. This past summer, Isabella interned at the Nassau County Supreme Court. Isabella’s academic interests center on copyright and trademark law. On campus, she is an active member of the Women’s Law Caucus and serves as a Peer Mentor.
